Spectators: 9188 (Terracing: 6892, Seating: 2113, VIP seats: 183) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Abdel Hamid Chaouchi got the match started through his kick off. 3 minutes into the match, Abdel Hamid Chaouchi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Toufik Faudel. New Britain's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Abdel Hamid Chaouchi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. With a little luck, New Britain's Toufik Faudel got control of the ball when Hocine Oussalah tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tedj Nima struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Medjadi Lacen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for New Britain. 14 minutes into the match, Abdel Hamid Chaouchi notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of New Britain's Toufik Faudel. Toufik Faudel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The Poplar Bluff AFC fans' excitement grew in the 18th match minute when Poplar Bluff AFC's Abdel Hamid Chaouchi looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Toufik Faudel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abdel Hamid Chaouchi, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Toufik Faudel came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Poplar Bluff AFC's Rafik Zoheir Saadane. But to his dismay, Rafik Zoheir Saadane quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abdel Hamid Chaouchi in the 25th minute of play forced New Britain's goalkeeper Toufik Faudel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hocine Oussalah received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Toufik Faudel came out and tried to block the shot, but Hocine Oussalah slotted it home off the left post making it 6-0 in the 27th minute. In the 29th match minute, New Britain was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ismaël Toumi to maneuver through the defense. Toufik Faudel was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Abdel Hamid Chaouchi showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 7-0 in the 33 minute of play. 36 minutes into the match, Poplar Bluff AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Madjid Ouadah came free, but Medjadi Lacen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 38 minutes, Abdel Hamid Chaouchi took a quick shot and it went in 8-0 without a chance for Toufik Faudel to make any attempt to save it. Hocine Oussalah might have been able to make a better finish in the 42nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Toufik Faudel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hocine Oussalah ran back to his position shaking his head. The crowd rose to their feet as Abdel Hamid Chaouchi kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Toufik Faudel. That made the score 9-0 in the 43 minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Abdel Hamid Chaouchi in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Toufik Faudel saved New Britain from getting behind. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 9-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tedj Nima was the one to do the kick off. If Abdel Hamid Chaouchi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 54th match minute, New Britain was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karim Boudjedra to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to New Britain getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Madjid Ouadah hit a great ball. Toufik Faudel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abdel Hamid Chaouchi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Toufik Faudel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abdel Hamid Chaouchi in the 62nd minute of play. 64 minutes into the match, Abdel Hamid Chaouchi notched a goal, 11-0, to the right of New Britain's Toufik Faudel. Toufik Faudel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Abdel Hamid Chaouchi succeeded in the game's 67th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 12-0. Hocine Oussalah scored 13-0 in the 71st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Toufik Faudel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Karim Boudjedra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Medjadi Lacen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 78 minutes into the match, Hocine Oussalah notched a goal, 14-0, to the right of New Britain's Toufik Faudel. Toufik Faudel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Abdel Hamid Chaouchi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 86th minute, Abdel Hamid Chaouchi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Poplar Bluff AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 15-0. After some careless play in the New Britain defense, Abdel Hamid Chaouchi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Toufik Faudel. The New Britain fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Toufik Faudel should have stopped the shot. In the 93rd minute Abdel Hamid Chaouchi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Toufik Faudel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 93rd match minute, New Britain was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tedj Nima to maneuver through the defense. When Larbi Bouazza fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored New Britain's protests and gave Larbi Bouazza a yellow card for diving instead. Poplar Bluff AFC made a substitution. Mohamed Fahima replaced Abdel Hamid Chaouchi. Larbi Bouazza hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. Karim Rahouli didn't quite understand what happened when in the 97 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. Poplar Bluff AFC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
