The corner ended in Nordine Nasri almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Paris Saint-Germain F.C's Tasos Mylonas did a great save. Tasos Mylonas made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Rafa Arantes sent off a good shot on target. Tasos Mylonas was a little too slow when Rafa Arantes got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 8th minute. The score was now 1-0. In the 11th play minute Rafa Arantes came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Tasos Mylonas. 2-0. Tasos Mylonas made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Cezary Gniewek sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice moves Zoheir Faudel could shoot a difficult shot in the 15th minute, which Tasos Mylonas however easily saved by the left post. 16 minutes into the match, Paris Saint-Germain F.C's goalkeeper Tasos Mylonas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rafa Arantes. With a little luck, Paris Saint-Germain F.C's Tasos Mylonas got control of the ball when Zoheir Faudel tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 19th match minute, Paris Saint-Germain F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rigoberto Villar to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nordine Nasri in the 19th minute of play forced Paris Saint-Germain F.C's goalkeeper Tasos Mylonas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nontas Prodromou's late challenge caught a Taliban FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nontas Prodromou helped the player get up and apologised. In the 20th match minute, Paris Saint-Germain F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nontas Prodromou to maneuver through the defense. Nordine Nasri recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 28th minute Djamel Mamouni shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kristián Pražan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 郝剑永 hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lounès Chaib in the 32nd minute of play forced Taliban FC's goalkeeper Kristián Pražan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Paris Saint-Germain F.C defense, Rafa Arantes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tasos Mylonas. The Paris Saint-Germain F.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tasos Mylonas should have stopped the shot. Tasos Mylonas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafa Arantes in the 36th minute of the match. Marcelo Napier charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marcelo Napier the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Taliban FC booed when Paris Saint-Germain F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcelo Napier didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tasos Mylonas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rafa Arantes's shot from short distance in the 46th minute. A collision led to Paris Saint-Germain F.C getting a freekick after 48 minutes play. Alain Bedjaoui hit a great ball. 48 minutes into the game, Nordine Nasri cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Tasos Mylonas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Claude Wenderix stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Djabir Belmadi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Paris Saint-Germain F.C's Tasos Mylonas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafa Arantes in the 58th minute of play. Tasos Mylonas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mohamed Abrika, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. In the 68th minute, Mohamed Abrika left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Taliban FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. Taliban FC made a substitution. Jerry Featherson replaced 郝剑永. Taliban FC's Eron Abasalo was substituted for Roberto Falcón. Tasos Mylonas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rafa Arantes, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Zoheir Faudel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Paris Saint-Germain F.C's zone, Rafa Arantes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tasos Mylonas came out of the goal and Rafa Arantes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cezary Gniewek in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tasos Mylonas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Taliban FC booed when Paris Saint-Germain F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nontas Prodromou didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nordine Nasri recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Mohamed Abrika had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 89th minute Rafa Arantes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tasos Mylonas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Rafa Arantes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tasos Mylonas was relentless in the 92nd minute of the game. Tasos Mylonas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cezary Gniewek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tasos Mylonas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Walid Prévost in the 97th minute of play. After 99th play minutes Rafa Arantes shot 8-0, a short shot which went by Tasos Mylonas and just under the crossbar into goal. When the referee ended the match the Taliban FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
