After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Larkins Potter managed to get in a good position for a shot. Wara's supporters rose to their feet, but Larkins Potter was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Afiz Ching breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Afiz Ching showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Faouzi Louahla in the 14th minute of the match. With a little luck, Bolivar's Afiz Ching got control of the ball when Larkins Potter tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Larkins Potter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dominic Jamieson in the 18th minute of play forced Wara's goalkeeper Elias Urdaspal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 20th minute Tedj Sellal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elias Urdaspal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wara were furious when Cheb El-Hadi was red carded, 24 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Wara:s Elias Urdaspal showed great skill when he stopped Patrik Stöckert:s penalty. Elias Urdaspal didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Patrik Stöckert went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in Wara's zone, Dominic Jamieson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Elias Urdaspal came out of the goal and Dominic Jamieson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 32 minutes, Brett Cordrey made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Wara's Elias Urdaspal tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Tedj Sellal struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Elias Urdaspal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bolivar. Wara's Elias Urdaspal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dominic Jamieson in the 36th minute of play. Hamid Merah-Benida hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Bolivar's Afiz Ching got control of the ball when Larkins Potter tried to sneak it across the goal line. After the first half Bolivar were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tedj Sellal to strike the kick off in the second half. Wara's Elias Urdaspal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dominic Jamieson in the 52nd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Brett Cordrey got free with Elias Urdaspal in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 60th minute, Larkins Potter made a precise shot to the right of Afiz Ching. Bolivar's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. Afiz Ching showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Larkins Potter in the 65th minute of the match. 67 minutes into the match, Bolivar's goal looked a bit too open when Jean-Baptiste Boulebda came free, but Afiz Ching reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 69th minute, Larkins Potter left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Wara fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. Bruno Secco made in the 73rd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Hamid Merah-Benida however managed to control. In the 80th minute, Hemza Khaled hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Elias Urdaspal made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tedj Sellal in the 81st minute. In the 83rd minute of the match Bolivar got a corner. Wara's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Patrik Stöckert ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Bolivar's Dominic Jamieson to fire away a dangerous shot which Elias Urdaspal despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Larkins Potter in the 85th minute of play forced Bolivar's goalkeeper Afiz Ching to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Elias Urdaspal made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Tedj Sellal sent off a good shot on target. Brett Cordrey could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Elias Urdaspal made a huge save.
