Echedey Daldos was a little too slow when Yoel Rocha got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 32nd minute. The score was now 2-1. Gonzalo Baettig fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Siluna Abufom having to interfere. Siluna Abufom showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roberto Hermua, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Yoel Rocha to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Pajonales's goal looked a bit too open when Ignacio Matamala came free, but Echedey Daldos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fidelio Hormann ran over to the corner to take the kick. Roberto Hermua's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Siluna Abufom read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. Roberto Hermua was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 80th minute. Pajonales's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Pajonales's Roberto Hermua got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Robert Yorgos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Roberto Hermua sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match was over Pajonales could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Planchada AFC throughout the match.
