The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nastasio Swinburn to strike the kick off in the second half. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 61 minutes into the match, Rota's goal looked a bit too open when Nastasio Swinburn came free, but Emilio Schlubach reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 67th minute, Rosalio Delgadillo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nastasio Swinburn fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emilio Schlubach having to interfere. In the 93rd minute, Rota's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Rosalio Delgadillo fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. If Nastasio Swinburn had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
