Taipullo AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Justo Daguerressar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. César Trouve breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Joaquin Lanz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but César Trouve made a huge save. The wind increased when Justo Daguerressar made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Taipullo AFC's goalkeeper Juan Estevan Baltra, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. César Trouve took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Justo Daguerressar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 60thth minute of the game Justo Daguerressar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chimbarongo FC's César Trouve was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 63 minutes into the match, Chimbarongo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Justo Daguerressar came free, but César Trouve reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Joaquin Lanz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 71st minute Joaquin Lanz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but César Trouve saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
