Spectators: 6715 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1715, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Baldomiro Hagedorn made the kick off which started today's match. In the 4th of the match, Eliseo Arredondo tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Victorino Arostegui got in the way and made a wonderful save. Victorino Arostegui was out of position in the 5 minute of play, and Eliseo Arredondo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Eliseo Arredondo really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. If Omar Pastene had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 12 played minutes Pailad AFC got a freekick which was hit by Maurín Oropesa. Victorino Arostegui made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Balendín Schuchardt sent off a good shot on target. After some careless play in the Osorno FC defense, Balendín Schuchardt kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Victorino Arostegui. The Osorno FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Victorino Arostegui should have stopped the shot. Nahuel Nolibuat hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Eliseo Arredondo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Victorino Arostegui tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Balendín Schuchardt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eliseo Arredondo in the 41st minute of play forced Osorno FC's goalkeeper Victorino Arostegui to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Balendín Schuchardt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Victorino Arostegui tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 48 minutes, Eliseo Arredondo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pailad AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eliseo Arredondo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eliseo Arredondo was the one to do the kick off. Osorno FC's Victorino Arostegui played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliseo Arredondo in the 59th minute of play. Eliseo Arredondo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Balendín Schuchardt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victorino Arostegui having to interfere. If Eliseo Arredondo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Victorino Arostegui came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by Pailad AFC's Eliseo Arredondo. But to his dismay, Eliseo Arredondo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. If Maurín Oropesa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Osorno FC's José Luis Marquéz got a free kick in the 81st minute. In the 86th minute, Rómulo Polanco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pailad AFC's Christian Cáceres proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Pailad AFC from getting a goal against them. In the 90th minute, Eliseo Arredondo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pailad AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. After a defensive mix-up in Osorno FC's zone, Balendín Schuchardt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Victorino Arostegui came out of the goal and Balendín Schuchardt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Eliseo Arredondo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
