Penalty! felipines:s Jonatán Puente showed great skill when he stopped Ambrosio Quera:s penalty. 13 minutes into the game, A K I R A's Leonides Santibañez nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonatán Puente made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ermegildo Barbosa in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zebastian Vennerström saved A K I R A from getting behind. The supporters of A K I R A booed when felipines was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Odilón Mata didn't get a good kick on the ball. With an all-out effort, A K I R A's Jonatán Puente threw himself towards the right post 23 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Freddy Gröger, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Juanjo Peralta could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Jonatán Puente made a huge save. 26 minutes into the match, A K I R A's goal looked a bit too open when Ermegildo Barbosa came free, but Zebastian Vennerström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. felipines's Jonatán Puente played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Freddy Gröger in the 28th minute of play. In the 29th minute Juanjo Peralta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonatán Puente saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Odilón Mata's late challenge caught a A K I R A's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Odilón Mata helped the player get up and apologised. After 32 played minutes felipines got a freekick which was hit by Odilón Mata. 35 minutes into the match, felipines's goal looked a bit too open when Freddy Gröger came free, but Jonatán Puente reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonatán Puente took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juanjo Peralta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 40th minute, A K I R A's Juanjo Peralta ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jonatán Puente. Jonatán Puente yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. In the 43rd minute, Odilón Mata hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A K I R A's Freddy Gröger got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leonides Santibañez got free with Jonatán Puente in the 48th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Leonides Santibañez made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Leonides Santibañez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonatán Puente saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonatán Puente showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juanjo Peralta in the 55th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, A K I R A's Elías Dutard got a free kick in the 56th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 56 minutes, Zebastian Vennerström successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 58th minute Freddy Gröger shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonatán Puente saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonatán Puente took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Freddy Gröger, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 62 played minutes felipines got a freekick which was hit by Stefano Chavez. If Freddy Gröger had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, A K I R A's Zebastian Vennerström got control of the ball when Ermegildo Barbosa tried to sneak it across the goal line. Leonides Santibañez scored 4-0 in the 69th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonatán Puente, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 78 minutes into the match, Leonides Santibañez notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of felipines's Jonatán Puente. Jonatán Puente was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some careless play in the felipines defense, Leonides Santibañez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonatán Puente. The felipines fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonatán Puente should have stopped the shot. 87 minutes into the match, felipines's goal looked a bit too open when Leonides Santibañez came free, but Jonatán Puente reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 93rd match minute, felipines was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Archibaldo Macera to maneuver through the defense.
