In the 7th minute Romildo Imaz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albert Caticura saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Romildo Imaz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marcelo Lezaeta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Valiente Gebler tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Valiente Gebler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maurín Fevre in the 22nd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Humapalca AFC's zone, Alirio Porter stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Albert Caticura came out of the goal and Alirio Porter tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Romildo Imaz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 31 minutes into the match, Humapalca AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Darien Markovic came free, but Albert Caticura reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Manuel Rodríguez FC's Bruno Manzano got a free kick in the 35th minute. In the 36th minute, Maurín Fevre got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 45 minutes, Carlos Hernán Imaz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Humapalca AFC and the Manuel Rodríguez FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. If Romildo Imaz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Maurín Fevre made the kick off in the second half. Albert Caticura made an important save on a dangerous shot by Romildo Imaz in the 55th minute. Marcelo Lezaeta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Valiente Gebler tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Valiente Gebler stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Maurín Fevre's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. Alirio Porter charged in rather forcefully in the 67th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alirio Porter the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Valiente Gebler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maurín Fevre in the 71st minute of play. Marcelo Lezaeta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Valiente Gebler showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcelo Lezaeta in the 74th minute of the match. In the 77th minute, Marcelo Lezaeta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Maurín Fevre's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Valiente Gebler read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. An unexpected shot in the 82nd minute by Alirio Porter got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Darien Markovic fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Albert Caticura having to interfere. Valiente Gebler showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maurín Fevre in the 95th minute of the match. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
