Spectators: 6705 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1705, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Federico Santis took the kick off in the first half of the match. Reynaldo Calvetti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Gerónimo Fehrmann tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 7thth minute of the game Federico Santis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chaxas's Gerónimo Fehrmann was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. ChileFC's Federico Santis got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 10th minute Federico Santis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gerónimo Fehrmann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 16th minute Disvandis Madureira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Antoine saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind ChileFC's goalkeeper Marco Antoine, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Disvandis Madureira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Paulo Taylor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marco Antoine having to interfere. If Disvandis Madureira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Desiderio Alamo during the 31st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to ChileFC getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Desiderio Alamo hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Disvandis Madureira in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marco Antoine prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 35th match minute, ChileFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Desiderio Alamo to maneuver through the defense. If Paulo Taylor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 42 minutes into the game, Juan Cristóbal Gorena was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ChileFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chaxas the free kick. In a very dangerous position, a player in ChileFC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 42nd minute. Penalty! The referee gave Chaxas a penalty, 45 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Noé Garbiso, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of ChileFC's Marco Antoine. 0-2. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

ChileFC's Marco Antoine proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save ChileFC from getting a goal against them. Marco Antoine took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Disvandis Madureira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marco Antoine didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 60th minute, which inside left pole to 0-3. Marco Antoine made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Disvandis Madureira in the 65th minute of play. In the 68th minute, Disvandis Madureira ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marco Antoine was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. In the 73rd minute, Federico Santis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Reynaldo Calvetti came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the ChileFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Reynaldo Calvetti couldn't finish the play. Reynaldo Calvetti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute.
