Spectators: 6701 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1701, VIP seats: 0) After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Adelmo Macuada managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ancallapo's supporters rose to their feet, but Adelmo Macuada was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rollo Las Casas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Linlin AFC getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Juan Cristóbal Avendaño hit a great ball. Adelmo Macuada sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Rollo Las Casas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teodoro Elorreaga in the 14th minute of play. Adelmo Macuada took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rollo Las Casas. Rollo Las Casas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. After some careless play in the Linlin AFC defense, Adelmo Macuada kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rollo Las Casas. The Linlin AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rollo Las Casas should have stopped the shot. Herminio Berguño was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 24th minute. Linlin AFC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. When Eder Reole came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Linlin AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eder Reole couldn't finish the play. When Linlin AFC's Herminio Berguño in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ancallapo's goalie prevented a goal. After having played for 34 minutes, Eder Reole managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Linlin AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eder Reole was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Manuelo De Smet d`Olbecke was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 36th minute. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Adelmo Macuada to make the kick off. 57 minutes into the match, Herminio Berguño had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of José Marcelo Tinoco. Ancallapo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Herminio Berguño was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Adelmo Macuada fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rollo Las Casas having to interfere. The supporters of Linlin AFC booed when Ancallapo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teodoro Elorreaga didn't get a good kick on the ball. Adelmo Macuada might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rollo Las Casas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Adelmo Macuada ran back to his position shaking his head. If Teodoro Elorreaga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adelmo Macuada in the 83rd minute of play forced Linlin AFC's goalkeeper Rollo Las Casas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ancallapo's José Marcelo Tinoco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eder Reole in the 85th minute of play. José Marcelo Tinoco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Herminio Berguño in the 91st minute of play. The Ancallapo supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Ancallapo would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
