Pintacura's Fidel Almazan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Pintacura from getting a goal against them. Selmo Riobo's late challenge caught a Alpajere's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Selmo Riobo helped the player get up and apologised. After 29 played minutes Pintacura got a freekick which was hit by Selmo Riobo. In the 31st minute, Christiano Picado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alpajere's Edmundo Scheuermann got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alejandro Galiano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Liberto Añasco having to interfere. In the 73rd minute Pere Azúa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Liberto Añasco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pere Azúa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Liberto Añasco read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 94th minute of play. Alpajere had won after a very even match.
