Sergi Escandón struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Fulco Villagra didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hospital AFC. If Leonides Leay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hermenegildo Valenzuela made in the 17th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Keptoms FC's Cecilio Súnico. Fulco Villagra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pepe Pezoa in the 20th minute of the match. The supporters of Keptoms FC booed when Hospital AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damario Bennet didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fulco Villagra was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Leonides Leay showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 32 minute of play. Hospital AFC's Gilberto Paez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ernesto Daniel Deneken in the 35th minute of play. A sloppy throw-in by Hermenegildo Valenzuela in the 37th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Keptoms FC's Cecilio Súnico. Keptoms FC's Cecilio Súnico quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Hermenegildo Valenzuela, made in the 44th minute of the game. With a little luck, Keptoms FC's Fulco Villagra got control of the ball when Sergi Escandón tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cecilio Súnico hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Damario Bennet to strike the kick off in the second half. Ernesto Daniel Deneken sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fulco Villagra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sergi Escandón, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 68th minute, Ernesto Daniel Deneken got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fulco Villagra came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Hospital AFC's Sergi Escandón. But to his dismay, Sergi Escandón quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. 75 minutes into the match, Keptoms FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sergi Escandón came free, but Fulco Villagra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pepe Pezoa in the 81st minute of play forced Keptoms FC's goalkeeper Fulco Villagra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Damario Bennet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Fulco Villagra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 92nd minute Damario Bennet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fulco Villagra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fulco Villagra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sergi Escandón in the 93rd minute of the match. In the 95th minute of the game Hermenegildo Valenzuela made a throw-in which Leonides Leay played forward. In the 98th minute Damario Bennet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fulco Villagra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Many of Keptoms FC's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Keptoms FC may have spent more time on the ball, but Hospital AFC were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
