Octavio Von Bischhoffshausen struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Joel Dumont didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Deportes La Serena. The supporters of Compi booed when Club Deportes La Serena was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. When the match had gone on for 36 minutes, Octavio Von Bischhoffshausen put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Joel Dumont. In the 39th match minute, Compi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Victoriano Millar to maneuver through the defense. Club Deportes La Serena played a much better game than Compi and deserved their victory. The Compi players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
