Spectators: 6706 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1706, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Gilberto San Juan got the match started through his kick off. Millantu FC's Narcomillo Peirano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sarracino Maritano in the 20th minute of play. Romualdo Suazo came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Millantu FC's Gilberto San Juan. But to his dismay, Gilberto San Juan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 27th minute Nestor Millar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Romualdo Suazo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Nestor Millar came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Millantu FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nestor Millar couldn't finish the play. Nestor Millar blasted a shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Romualdo Suazo having to make a save. If Sarracino Maritano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bodeuca AFC's Sarracino Maritano got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Saverio Ballesteros fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Millantu FC's protests and gave Saverio Ballesteros a yellow card for diving instead. In the 48th minute, Saverio Ballesteros hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 49th minute, Sarracino Maritano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

After having played for 54 minutes, Sarracino Maritano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bodeuca AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sarracino Maritano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Vincente De Rurange's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Narcomillo Peirano read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. Romualdo Suazo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gilberto San Juan, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. 67 minutes into the game, Cerilo Piñera was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Millantu FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bodeuca AFC the free kick. After 68 played minutes Millantu FC got a freekick which was hit by Cerilo Piñera. When Angelillo Aránguiz fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Millantu FC's protests and gave Angelillo Aránguiz a yellow card for diving instead. After 69 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Millantu FC! The penalty shot was made by Amancio Zapata, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Millantu FC's Narcomillo Peirano. 2-2.
