After 14 played minutes Deoxis F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Pol Ascue. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gilberto San Juan in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Severiano Roger saved Deoxis F.C. from getting behind. Gilberto San Juan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 20th minute, Albert Urruticoechea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Nestor Millar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nestor Millar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 32 minutes into the game, Millantu FC's Gilberto San Juan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Severiano Roger made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After having played for 36 minutes, Cristóbal Anastassiou managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Deoxis F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristóbal Anastassiou was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Pol Ascue recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Albert Urruticoechea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Deoxis F.C.'s Albert Urruticoechea got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The wind increased when Cristóbal Anastassiou made the kick off in the second half. Saverio Ballesteros in the 51stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Severiano Roger, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. A collision led to Deoxis F.C. getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Albert Urruticoechea hit a great ball. 53 minutes into the game, Millantu FC's Gilberto San Juan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Severiano Roger made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. After a defensive mix-up in Millantu FC's zone, Albert Urruticoechea stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Narcomillo Peirano came out of the goal and Albert Urruticoechea tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Albert Urruticoechea was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 65 minutes had been played. Albert Urruticoechea kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. In the 68th minute, Cristóbal Anastassiou got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nestor Millar received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Severiano Roger came out and tried to block the shot, but Nestor Millar slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 74th minute. Gilberto San Juan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Severiano Roger read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. Severiano Roger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gilberto San Juan in the 80th minute of play. Nestor Millar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 87 minutes into the match, Deoxis F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Cerilo Piñera came free, but Severiano Roger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 87th match minute, Deoxis F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristóbal Anastassiou to maneuver through the defense. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Millantu FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
