After some careless play in the Terpenos FC defense, Casimiro Sanson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ruyman Olivera. The Terpenos FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ruyman Olivera should have stopped the shot. 17 minutes into the game, Casimiro Sanson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Ruyman Olivera was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 21 minutes of play, Red Wine FC's Juan Ignacio Schiappacasse made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ruyman Olivera was left in no man's land by his defense there! Casimiro Sanson might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ruyman Olivera. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Casimiro Sanson ran back to his position shaking his head. Mateo Barra came free with the goalkeeper in the 32nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Carolo Nuno could save by the left post. Juan Ignacio Schiappacasse sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Casimiro Sanson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Red Wine FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Casimiro Sanson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ruyman Olivera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 36 minutes into the game, Red Wine FC's Juan Ignacio Schiappacasse nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ruyman Olivera made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. After a rather tough play, Terpenos FC's Mateo Barra got a free kick in the 40th minute. Casimiro Sanson scored 0-5 in the 41st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ruyman Olivera, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Red Wine FC booed when Terpenos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlo Isaguirre didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mateo Barra kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 70th minute Juan Ignacio Schiappacasse shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ruyman Olivera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Red Wine FC's Aureliano Verschueren got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Juan Ignacio Schiappacasse fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ruyman Olivera having to interfere. Casimiro Sanson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ruyman Olivera having to make a save. When the match had gone on for 94 minutes, Juan Ignacio Schiappacasse took a quick shot and it went in 1-7 without a chance for Ruyman Olivera to make any attempt to save it. 97 minutes into the match, Juan Ignacio Schiappacasse had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ruyman Olivera. Terpenos FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Juan Ignacio Schiappacasse was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-8. The Terpenos FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Red Wine FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
