Enmanuel Cienfuegos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silvino Millas having to interfere. Conao's defense didn't have a chance, in the 12th minute, when Quentín Deves scored to the left of an out of position Silvino Millas, making the score, 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enmanuel Cienfuegos in the 15th minute of play forced Conao's goalkeeper Silvino Millas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lázaro Carte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lázaro Carte to make the kick off. Lázaro Carte's late challenge caught a Butalcura FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lázaro Carte helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Conao's Lázaro Carte got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Butalcura FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Conao the free kick.
