Campiche's Máximo Grove played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diego Galindo in the 15th minute of play. In the 29th minute, Francisco Antonio Droste hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 41 minutes of play, Campiche's Mario Alberto Mujica made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Siluna Baesler was left in no man's land by his defense there! Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Remi Pedraza made a kick off. Gilberto Gaona kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. 53 minutes into the game, Diego Galindo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Máximo Grove was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Diego Galindo struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Máximo Grove didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cuadaba FC. With his leg Siluna Baesler managed to avoid a goal in the 67thth minute, when Campiche's Mario Alberto Mujica fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Through an outstanding action, after 85 minutes, Siluna Baesler successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Siluna Baesler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Remi Pedraza, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Campiche's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
