Spectators: 6691 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1691, VIP seats: 0) Mirador AFC's Paulo Mistral started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Felipo Faúndez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Andy Egaña made a huge save. Ferrando Villalta's late challenge caught a Mirador AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ferrando Villalta helped the player get up and apologised. In the 9th match minute, Huachipato FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ferrando Villalta to maneuver through the defense. When Felipo Faúndez came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Mirador AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Felipo Faúndez couldn't finish the play. Paulo Mistral received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Andy Egaña tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Timeteo Huilcaman hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. In the 16th minute, Huachipato FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Paulo Mistral fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Felipo Faúndez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Andy Egaña tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Huachipato FC getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Ferrando Villalta hit a great ball. Ferrando Villalta kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. 23 minutes into the match, Mirador AFC's Pedro Niza broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Andy Egaña showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paulo Mistral, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Paulo Mistral kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Andy Egaña. That made the score 1-0 in the 26 minute of play. When the match had gone on for 29 minutes, Felipo Faúndez took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Andy Egaña to make any attempt to save it. Andy Egaña was a little too slow when Juan Fernando San Juan got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 32nd minute. The score was now 3-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Felipo Faúndez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mirador AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Felipo Faúndez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Andy Egaña breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Salomón Alejo kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Timeteo Huilcaman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Juan Fernando San Juan hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Fulgencio Facuse took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 53rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Pepe Sarfate. Mirador AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When Ferrando Villalta was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 67 minutes had been played. In the 68th minute, Ferrando Villalta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mirador AFC's Pedro Niza couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 69th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Huachipato FC. In the 71st minute, Felipo Faúndez left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mirador AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-1. When Paulo Mistral came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Mirador AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Paulo Mistral couldn't finish the play. 77 minutes into the match, Huachipato FC's Adriel Armenta sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pepe Sarfate narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Andy Egaña made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulo Mistral in the 80th minute of play. In the 81st minute Paulo Mistral shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andy Egaña saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Felipo Faúndez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andy Egaña having to interfere. Felipo Faúndez struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Andy Egaña didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mirador AFC. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulo Mistral in the 94th minute of play forced Huachipato FC's goalkeeper Andy Egaña to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Andy Egaña made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulo Mistral in the 96th minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Mirador AFC had played much better football throughout.
