Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Enzo Arduengo started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 7th minute Justo Azpuru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but José Julio Acasuso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 11th minute Rogerio Saldivia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexandro Mercado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 17th minute, Taurino Baettig hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. José Julio Acasuso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Justo Azpuru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Parajalla were awarded a corner in the 27th minute after Surire's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Arnau Schorr took the corner. Enzo Arduengo scored 0-2 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alexandro Mercado, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Surire's Alexandro Mercado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ezequiel Bonomelli in the 34th minute of play. Alexandro Mercado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rogerio Saldivia in the 35th minute of the match. Ronaldo Lallane blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alexandro Mercado having to make a save. Ronaldo Lallane sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 39th match minute, Surire was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Justo Azpuru to maneuver through the defense. Alexandro Mercado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rogerio Saldivia, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. In the 43rd minute, Arnau Schorr got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 46th match minute, Surire was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Taurino Baettig to maneuver through the defense. Parajalla's Rogerio Saldivia got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Anselmo Enríquez was the one to do the kick off. Taurino Baettig was shown his second yellow card after 52 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After a rather tough play, Surire's Taurino Baettig got a free kick in the 53rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Surire's zone, Enzo Arduengo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alexandro Mercado came out of the goal and Enzo Arduengo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 58 played minutes Surire got a freekick which was hit by Anselmo Enríquez. In the 60th minute, Enzo Arduengo fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Alexandro Mercado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rogerio Saldivia in the 61st minute of the match. Pedro Amor's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but José Julio Acasuso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. Justo Azpuru kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Loreto Aguilera hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Surire defense, Rogerio Saldivia kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alexandro Mercado. The Surire fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alexandro Mercado should have stopped the shot. In the 84th minute, Ronaldo Lallane hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ronaldo Lallane kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Surire's Naelio Mundaca tried to score from far away in the 87th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. A collision led to Surire getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Justo Azpuru hit a great ball. José Julio Acasuso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedro Amor, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. After 94 played minutes Parajalla got a freekick which was hit by Ronaldo Lallane. Pedro Amor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. José Julio Acasuso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded Parajalla left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Surire.
