ACERERO's Elear Antonis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Timeteo Huilcaman in the 4th minute of play. Elear Antonis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adriel Armenta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Elear Antonis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Timeteo Huilcaman in the 15th minute of the match. Adriel Armenta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elear Antonis having to interfere. 30 minutes into the match, ACERERO's goal looked a bit too open when Adriel Armenta came free, but Elear Antonis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Huachipato FC's Ferrando Villalta got a free kick in the 38th minute. 40 minutes into the game, Nazario Fournier was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ACERERO's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Huachipato FC the free kick. Adriel Armenta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elear Antonis having to interfere. After the first half Huachipato FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Felipe Alessandri stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd match minute, Huachipato FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Salomón Alejo to maneuver through the defense. The free kick resulted in a very good chance to score when Salomón Alejo kicked a really tricky shot on goal. Elear Antonis never had to step in, however, because the ball went just left of the goal. In the 55th minute, Florinio Asencio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Felipe Alessandri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Huachipato FC booed when ACERERO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alirio Wormald didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Adriel Armenta got free with Elear Antonis in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 72nd match minute, ACERERO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Florinio Asencio to maneuver through the defense. In the 74th minute of the match, Adriel Armenta got a very nice opportunity to score, but Elear Antonis was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Timeteo Huilcaman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elear Antonis having to interfere. In the 77th play minute Adriel Armenta came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Elear Antonis. 0-2. Timeteo Huilcaman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
