After 2 played minutes Pachingo got a freekick which was hit by Orlín Cantuarias. In the 3rd minute, Abner Trincado got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cristóbal Ascue showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abner Trincado in the 5th minute of the match. 10 minutes into the match, Abner Trincado had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cristóbal Ascue. Pachingo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Abner Trincado was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. If Benito Soza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Benito Soza came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Pachingo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benito Soza couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Pachingo's Orlín Cantuarias got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Abner Trincado took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cristóbal Ascue. Cristóbal Ascue dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Adalberto Palazuelos scored 0-3 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cristóbal Ascue, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Adalberto Palazuelos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cristóbal Ascue having to make a save. Adalberto Palazuelos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristóbal Ascue having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Juan María Lama to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Chanquiuque getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Jose Miguel Faúndez hit a great ball. Abner Trincado's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cristóbal Ascue read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. The supporters of Chanquiuque booed when Pachingo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nemesio Magasich didn't get a good kick on the ball. Adalberto Palazuelos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Abner Trincado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Abundio Manríquez kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Chanquiuque's Clemencín Feloaga tried to score from far away in the 68th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Wilfredo Farfán charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Wilfredo Farfán the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When Abundio Manríquez came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Pachingo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abundio Manríquez couldn't finish the play. If Benito Soza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Adalberto Palazuelos, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 77 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Cristóbal Ascue was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Estevan Oyarzabal hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Adalberto Palazuelos struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Cristóbal Ascue didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chanquiuque. With a little luck, Pachingo's Cristóbal Ascue got control of the ball when Abner Trincado tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cristóbal Ascue was a little too slow when Abner Trincado got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 83rd minute. The score was now 0-4. Orlín Cantuarias hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Abner Trincado got free with Cristóbal Ascue in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Chanquiuque's Abner Trincado got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cristóbal Ascue showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adalberto Palazuelos in the 93rd minute of the match. Pachingo's Cristóbal Ascue played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adalberto Palazuelos in the 95th minute of play. Chanquiuque's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
