Benito Soza who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 25thth minute tested the skills of Nicolas Pasten when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Benito Soza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicolas Pasten having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Juan María Lama managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pachingo's supporters rose to their feet, but Juan María Lama was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nicolas Pasten breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 37th minute Juan María Lama shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicolas Pasten saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cristóbal Ascue showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leandro Graumann in the 38th minute of the match. Cristóbal Ascue showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leandro Graumann, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. After having played for 45 minutes, Juan María Lama managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pachingo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Juan María Lama was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Juan María Lama fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicolas Pasten having to interfere. 57 minutes into the match, Benito Soza had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nicolas Pasten. Molino FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Benito Soza was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. In the 64th minute, Juan María Lama hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Benito Soza struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Nicolas Pasten didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pachingo. 73 minutes into the match, Molino FC's goal looked a bit too open when Juan María Lama came free, but Nicolas Pasten reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Juan María Lama received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Nicolas Pasten tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leandro Graumann fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristóbal Ascue having to interfere. If Juan María Lama had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Molino FC booed when Pachingo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benito Soza didn't get a good kick on the ball.
