Claudio Torrijos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pilmahue. Claudio Torrijos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Árpád Barabás in the 6th minute. Árpád Barabás who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 8thth minute tested the skills of Claudio Torrijos when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Chucumata FC's Gerónimo Unger got a free kick in the 9th minute. Chucumata FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 11th minute, when Árpád Barabás scored to the left of an out of position Claudio Torrijos, making the score, 1-0. Pilmahue's Ireno Somarriva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lauro Calvetti in the 15th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Árpád Barabás got free with Claudio Torrijos in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A hard shot 19 in the game by Árpád Barabás from a close distance when the talented Claudio Torrijos managed to make a qualified save. Chucumata FC's players were relieved. Árpád Barabáss short, quick shot in the 20thth minute got Claudio Torrijos to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Ireno Somarriva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gerónimo Unger, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. After 30 minutes Pilmahue's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Niceto Marambio who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Niceto Marambio got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ireno Somarriva quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lauro Calvetti in the 31st minute of play forced Pilmahue's goalkeeper Ireno Somarriva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Miguel Hernánde Mota was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 33 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Chucumata FC's zone, Árpád Barabás stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Claudio Torrijos came out of the goal and Árpád Barabás tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Claudio Torrijos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Árpád Barabás in the 44th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lauro Calvetti stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Flavio Walker sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 54th minute Flavio Walker shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claudio Torrijos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Árpád Barabás in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Claudio Torrijos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Odín Walton took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Claudio Torrijos. Claudio Torrijos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Flavio Walker received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Claudio Torrijos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 64 minutes into the match, Chucumata FC's goal looked a bit too open when Flavio Walker came free, but Claudio Torrijos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 65 minutes into the match, Árpád Barabás notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Chucumata FC's Claudio Torrijos. Claudio Torrijos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Pilmahue's Árpád Barabás in the 68th minute got a chance for a shot 68th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Chucumata FC's goalie prevented a goal. When Flavio Walker fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pilmahue's protests and gave Flavio Walker a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Chucumata FC booed when Pilmahue was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Flavio Walker didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pilmahue's Árpád Barabás got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Yeray Mira kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. In the 79th match minute, Chucumata FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yeray Mira to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Árpád Barabás in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Claudio Torrijos saved Chucumata FC from getting behind. Niceto Marambio hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. When the referee ended the match the Pilmahue players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
