Spectators: 6707 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1707, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Vintilă Giuverdea made the kick off which started today's match. In the 3rd minute the ball was on its way in behind PLUS ULTRA's goalkeeper Feliberto Koch, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Vintilă Giuverdea scored 0-1 in the 5th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Claudio Torrijos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Arnoldo Formas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Claudio Torrijos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Arnoldo Formas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When PLUS ULTRA's Vintilă Giuverdea in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Chucumata FC's goalie prevented a goal. After 15 minutes, Vintilă Giuverdea made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Chucumata FC's Claudio Torrijos tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the PLUS ULTRA defense, Juan Eduardo Fell kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Feliberto Koch. The PLUS ULTRA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Feliberto Koch should have stopped the shot. 25 minutes into the match, PLUS ULTRA's Vintilă Giuverdea sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Claudio Torrijos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Claudio Torrijos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arnoldo Formas, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. In the 27th minute Vintilă Giuverdea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claudio Torrijos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 35 minutes into the game, PLUS ULTRA's Arnoldo Formas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Claudio Torrijos made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. Vintilă Giuverdea blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Claudio Torrijos having to make a save. In the 40th play minute Lauro Calvetti came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Feliberto Koch. 2-4. Claudio Torrijos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vintilă Giuverdea in the 43rd minute of play. Disappointed in the 2-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Claudio Torrijos came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by PLUS ULTRA's Arnoldo Formas. But to his dismay, Arnoldo Formas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-5. When PLUS ULTRA's Vintilă Giuverdea in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Chucumata FC's goalie prevented a goal. Lauro Calvetti sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 65th minute, Arnoldo Formas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The PLUS ULTRA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-6. Claudio Torrijos was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Arnoldo Formas showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-7 in the 69 minute of play. Claudio Torrijos was a little too slow when Vintilă Giuverdea got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 77th minute. The score was now 2-8. In the 81st minute the ball was on its way in behind Chucumata FC's goalkeeper Claudio Torrijos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When PLUS ULTRA's Vintilă Giuverdea in the 83rd minute got a chance for a shot 83rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Chucumata FC's goalie prevented a goal. 84 minutes into the game, Gerónimo Unger was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chucumata FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave PLUS ULTRA the free kick. After 84 played minutes Chucumata FC got a freekick which was hit by Gerónimo Unger. Yeray Mira made in the 93rd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Rigoberto Anabalon immediately put the ball in play. PLUS ULTRA's Feliberto Koch played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juan Eduardo Fell in the 94th minute of play. 96 minutes into the match, Chucumata FC's goal looked a bit too open when Vintilă Giuverdea came free, but Claudio Torrijos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Arnoldo Formas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 99th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. PLUS ULTRA's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
