Spectators: 6704 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1704, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Juan Eduardo Fell took the kick off in the first half of the match. Lauro Calvetti struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Bernardo Jaraquemada didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chucumata FC. In the 13th minute, Abundio Mas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Chucumata FC's Juan Eduardo Fell got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Abundio Mas took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Claudio Torrijos. Claudio Torrijos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Maipo's Bernardo Jaraquemada played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lauro Calvetti in the 27th minute of play. In the 28th minute, Adelmo Zanetta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 32nd minute, Abundio Mas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Maipo's Bernardo Jaraquemada played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lauro Calvetti in the 37th minute of play. Abundio Mas's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 41stth minute, Claudio Torrijos skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 43 minutes into the match, Chucumata FC's goalkeeper Claudio Torrijos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Abundio Mas. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sebastiano Patrickson was the one to do the kick off. Niceto Marambio was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 54th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastiano Patrickson in the 59th minute of play forced Chucumata FC's goalkeeper Claudio Torrijos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Abundio Mas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rigoberto Anabalon hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Abundio Mas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 64 played minutes Chucumata FC got a freekick which was hit by Rigoberto Anabalon. Sebastiano Patrickson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Claudio Torrijos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Claudio Torrijos came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Maipo's Abundio Mas. But to his dismay, Abundio Mas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. After a defensive mix-up in Maipo's zone, Juan Eduardo Fell stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bernardo Jaraquemada came out of the goal and Juan Eduardo Fell tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Abundio Mas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Sebastiano Patrickson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lauro Calvetti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernardo Jaraquemada having to interfere. Bernardo Jaraquemada took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juan Eduardo Fell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
