Spectators: 6699 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1699, VIP seats: 0) Arnoldo Vizcaya started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Adelio Fenieux took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rigoberto Villamar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Calvino Waddington showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucero Sobarzo in the 7th minute of the match. When Pepe Vela came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Algarrobal FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pepe Vela couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnoldo Vizcaya in the 12th minute of play forced Chacon's goalkeeper Adelio Fenieux to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pepe Vela fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adelio Fenieux having to interfere. In the 21st minute, Arnoldo Vizcaya got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. José Alejandro Lattanzi kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Adelio Fenieux came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Algarrobal FC's Arnoldo Vizcaya. But to his dismay, Arnoldo Vizcaya quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. A collision led to Algarrobal FC getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Eriberto Escandón hit a great ball. In the 36th match minute, Algarrobal FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rigoberto Villamar to maneuver through the defense. Victorio Berna hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind Algarrobal FC's goalkeeper Calvino Waddington, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Adelio Fenieux came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Algarrobal FC's Arnoldo Vizcaya. But to his dismay, Arnoldo Vizcaya quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lucero Sobarzo was the one to do the kick off. After some careless play in the Algarrobal FC defense, Rufino Ibarboure kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Calvino Waddington. The Algarrobal FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Calvino Waddington should have stopped the shot. Adelio Fenieux made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnoldo Vizcaya in the 58th minute of play. After some careless play in the Chacon defense, Pepe Vela kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Adelio Fenieux. The Chacon fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Adelio Fenieux should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Algarrobal FC booed when Chacon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ángel Dechent didn't get a good kick on the ball. 73 minutes into the match, José Alejandro Lattanzi notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Algarrobal FC's Calvino Waddington. Calvino Waddington was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Algarrobal FC getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Haroldo Gebhard hit a great ball. If Arnoldo Vizcaya had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 92nd minute, Algarrobal FC's Arnoldo Vizcaya ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Adelio Fenieux. Adelio Fenieux yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-4. After some fancy dribbling in the 97th minute, Pepe Vela managed to get in a good position for a shot. Algarrobal FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Pepe Vela was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adelio Fenieux breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
