After a rather tough play, Chacon's Santiago Aguero got a free kick in the 6th minute. Santiago Aguero hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Alvar Allison fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adelio Fenieux having to interfere. 12 minutes into the match, U. de Chile F.C S.A's goal looked a bit too open when Lucero Sobarzo came free, but Hernán Cattalán reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adelio Fenieux made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luis Peso in the 13th minute. If Alvar Allison had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Chacon's Albino Olasagutia got a free kick in the 21st minute. In the 23rd minute of the match Vicent Quera sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Adelio Fenieux skillfully saved the ball. Hernán Cattalán showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucero Sobarzo in the 30th minute of the match. The supporters of Chacon booed when U. de Chile F.C S.A was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ever Torreblanca didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luis Peso who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 36thth minute tested the skills of Adelio Fenieux when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Alvar Allison received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Adelio Fenieux tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alvar Allison blasted a shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Adelio Fenieux having to make a save. In the 42nd minute, Luis Peso left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The U. de Chile F.C S.A fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lucero Sobarzo made a kick off. In the 53rd minute Luis Peso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adelio Fenieux saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Adelio Fenieux didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alvar Allison went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. The supporters of U. de Chile F.C S.A booed when Chacon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Santiago Aguero didn't get a good kick on the ball. U. de Chile F.C S.A's Hernán Cattalán proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save U. de Chile F.C S.A from getting a goal against them. U. de Chile F.C S.A's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
