Spectators: 6693 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1693, VIP seats: 0) Lucas Magnolfi made the kick off and thus started the match. Cristián Gormaz came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Manquimillu's Anastasio Vidal. But to his dismay, Anastasio Vidal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. A collision led to Challuma getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Roland Apaulaza hit a great ball. In the 8th minute of the match Manquimillu got a corner. Challuma's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ricardo Latuz ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Ricardo Latuz got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Cristián Gormaz quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 9th minute Baraquiel Vidaurre suffered a foot injury and had to be helped off the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Orlondón Olavarrieta during the 9th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Orlondón Olavarrieta kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. 11 minutes into the match, Challuma's Lucas Magnolfi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Niceto Argomedo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Challuma's Cristián Gormaz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anastasio Vidal in the 20th minute of play. If Orlondón Olavarrieta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Niceto Argomedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucas Magnolfi in the 34th minute of play. An unexpected shot in the 36th minute by Orlondón Olavarrieta got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After the first half Manquimillu were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Anastasio Vidal made the kick off in the second half. Cristián Gormaz made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Anastasio Vidal sent off a good shot on target. In the 54th minute, Anastasio Vidal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lucas Magnolfi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Anastasio Vidal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Orlondón Olavarrieta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 69th minute Lucas Magnolfi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Niceto Argomedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Manquimillu's Ricardo Latuz shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 75th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Cristián Gormaz but with some difficulty. Challuma's Cristián Gormaz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isadoro Aguacero in the 76th minute of play. In the 78th minute, Anastasio Vidal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Anastasio Vidal who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 79thth minute tested the skills of Cristián Gormaz when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 80th minute, Orlondón Olavarrieta made a precise shot to the right of Niceto Argomedo. Manquimillu's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Niceto Argomedo came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Challuma's Lucas Magnolfi. But to his dismay, Lucas Magnolfi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Challuma fans cheered their team off the field, for while Manquimillu had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
