Llucura AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Constantino Zubelzu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 28 minutes into the game, Joel Bertrand was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Llucura AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Nacara FC the free kick. After 30 played minutes Llucura AFC got a freekick which was hit by Joel Bertrand. When the match had gone on for 32 minutes, Oliverio Verschueren put it in 1-3 from a short distance just to the right of Valiente Antonioletti. An unexpectedly hard shot by Américo Dávila in the 36th minute of play forced Nacara FC's goalkeeper Damario Bauzá to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 39th minute of the match Donato Fanjul shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Valiente Antonioletti showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Américo Dávila was the one to do the kick off. Valiente Antonioletti didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Constantino Zubelzu went, in the 53rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-5 was the resulting score. In the 56th match minute, Nacara FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Salamón Escerza to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Nacara FC booed when Llucura AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bermejo Federici didn't get a good kick on the ball. Valiente Antonioletti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Félix Roco in the 68th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Oliverio Verschueren kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Valiente Antonioletti. That made the score 1-6 in the 70 minute of play.
