Spectators: 6704 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1704, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Edmundo Salvatici got the match started through his kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gustavo Granado in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Teodor Moñiz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Teodor Moñiz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baudelio Ondegardo, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. When Madeo Dell´Orto came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Tiquima fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Madeo Dell´Orto couldn't finish the play. Baudelio Ondegardo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Teodor Moñiz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Madeo Dell´Orto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 20 minutes into the match, CERRO ÑIELOL's goalkeeper Teodor Moñiz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Madeo Dell´Orto. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind CERRO ÑIELOL's goalkeeper Teodor Moñiz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Baudelio Ondegardo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Tiquima booed when CERRO ÑIELOL was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Niguel Amengual didn't get a good kick on the ball. Armando Neil, 31 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Madeo Dell´Orto got free with Teodor Moñiz in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. CERRO ÑIELOL's Edmundo Salvatici got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 43 minutes into the game, CERRO ÑIELOL's Edmundo Salvatici nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Esteban José Valderrama made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Baudelio Ondegardo made a kick off. After having played for 53 minutes, Edmundo Salvatici managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CERRO ÑIELOL's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edmundo Salvatici was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sandro Devia succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-2 in the 55th playminute. 58 minutes into the match, Tiquima's goalkeeper Esteban José Valderrama had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sandro Devia. Edmundo Salvatici sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After having played for 68 minutes, Baudelio Ondegardo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tiquima's supporters crossed their fingers, but Baudelio Ondegardo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some careless play in the CERRO ÑIELOL defense, Madeo Dell´Orto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Teodor Moñiz. The CERRO ÑIELOL fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Teodor Moñiz should have stopped the shot. Tiquima's Esteban José Valderrama proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save Tiquima from getting a goal against them. If Baudelio Ondegardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. CERRO ÑIELOL's Teodor Moñiz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Madeo Dell´Orto in the 82nd minute of play. Teodor Moñiz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Baudelio Ondegardo went, in the 89th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. Sandro Devia in the 92ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Esteban José Valderrama, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 94 minutes into the match, Baudelio Ondegardo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Teodor Moñiz. CERRO ÑIELOL's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Baudelio Ondegardo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-2. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Tiquima fully deserved thier win.
