The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Marciano Thomas came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Parajalla AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marciano Thomas couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Octavio Matute's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alex Ardizzoni was relentless in the 44th minute of the game. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Madeo Mayol to make the kick off. Alex Ardizzoni was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If 严伟云 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 82 minutes, 严伟云 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. los de abajos F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but 严伟云 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alex Ardizzoni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 严伟云 in the 85th minute of play. Octavio Matute fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alex Ardizzoni having to interfere. After 88 played minutes 严伟云 rounded Parajalla AFC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-3.
