Spectators: 6703 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1703, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Claudio Santander got the match started through his kick off. After having played for 4 minutes, Enrique Mariano Marinkovic managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Quenay's supporters crossed their fingers, but Enrique Mariano Marinkovic was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Aurelius Baburizza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 19 minutes into the match, Quenay's goal looked a bit too open when Aurelius Baburizza came free, but Félix Meneses reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 20th minute Claudio Santander shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xulián Morales saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Enrique Mariano Marinkovic recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 24th minute, Andreo Torre hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Francisco Menarte was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 25th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Enrique Mariano Marinkovic could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Xulián Morales made a huge save. 32 minutes into the match, Quenay's goal looked a bit too open when Aurelius Baburizza came free, but Félix Meneses reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Culenco booed when Quenay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nestor Queirolo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 42 minutes, Daniel Quiroz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Culenco and the Quenay players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 41 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Culenco! The goalkeeper, Xulián Morales, was totally fooled by Quenay's Francisco Menarte, who 43 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eleuterio Cuadra stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A hard shot by Daniel Quiroz from long distance, 53 minutes into the match, got Félix Meneses's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. In the 64th minute Eleuterio Cuadra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Félix Meneses saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eleuterio Cuadra might have been able to make a better finish in the 70th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Félix Meneses. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eleuterio Cuadra ran back to his position shaking his head. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Andreo Torre managed to get in a good position for a shot. Culenco's supporters rose to their feet, but Andreo Torre was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Félix Meneses breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 81st match minute, Quenay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Axel Huaiquipan to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Quenay's Félix Meneses got control of the ball when Aurelius Baburizza tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Eleuterio Cuadra's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Félix Meneses was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. Aurelius Baburizza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Félix Meneses having to interfere. In the 98th minute, Eleuterio Cuadra ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Félix Meneses was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. The Culenco players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
