Spectators: 6691 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1691, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Maxín Bastías took the kick off in the first half of the match. Marcos Quijada could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Aureo Swinburn made a huge save. Jonatán Mascayano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 23 De Noviembre's Aureo Swinburn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Menéndez Rinaga in the 9th minute of play. A collision led to 23 De Noviembre getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Geofredo Hacke hit a great ball. Menéndez Rinaga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aureo Swinburn having to interfere. In the 18th minute, Jonatán Mascayano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jose Ortiz was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. When Fidelio Alejo fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored 23 De Noviembre's protests and gave Fidelio Alejo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 33rd match minute, 23 De Noviembre was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fidelio Alejo to maneuver through the defense. Jose Ortiz came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by 23 De Noviembre's Jonatán Mascayano. But to his dismay, Jonatán Mascayano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. After a defensive mix-up in Pansuta AFC's zone, Jonatán Mascayano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jose Ortiz came out of the goal and Jonatán Mascayano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 41 played minutes Pansuta AFC got a freekick which was hit by Velasco Roquant. In the 44th minute Maxín Bastías shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jose Ortiz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

Ofelio Guemes kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Fermín Meléndez, 56 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 59 minutes into the match, Pansuta AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Maxín Bastías came free, but Jose Ortiz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, 23 De Noviembre's Fidelio Alejo got a free kick in the 60th minute. Ambrosio Daiber kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Marcos Quijada received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Aureo Swinburn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jose Ortiz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fidelio Alejo, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as 23 De Noviembre's Maxín Bastías slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jose Ortiz. That made the score 1-3 after 78 minutes of play. After 82 minutes of play, 23 De Noviembre's Jonatán Mascayano made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jose Ortiz was left in no man's land by his defense there! 96 minutes into the match, Pansuta AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Maxín Bastías came free, but Jose Ortiz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Pansuta AFC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. 23 De Noviembre were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
