Wilfredo Solo was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Tamberia FC's Narcomillo Rodríguez got a free kick in the 24th minute. After having played for 26 minutes, Reinaldo Garay managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tamberia FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Reinaldo Garay was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Adriano Lavín in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wilfredo Solo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 31st minute, Adriano Lavín left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tamberia FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Rafael Ortuzar kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Wilfredo Solo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Reinaldo Garay's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. 40 minutes into the match, Adriano Lavín notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of F.C Macul's Wilfredo Solo. Wilfredo Solo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.
The wind increased when Adriano Lavín made the kick off in the second half. F.C Macul's Wilfredo Solo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save F.C Macul from getting a goal against them. 77 minutes into the match, F.C Macul's goal looked a bit too open when Adriano Lavín came free, but Wilfredo Solo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. F.C Macul's Wilfredo Solo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adriano Lavín in the 78th minute of play. Wilfredo Solo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Reinaldo Garay in the 80th minute. Eufrasio Canales took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arnaldo Puertocarrero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Adriano Lavín's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Wilfredo Solo was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. Reinaldo Garay recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Fidelio Bulnes fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored F.C Macul's protests and gave Fidelio Bulnes a yellow card for diving instead. When Reinaldo Garay came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the Tamberia FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Reinaldo Garay couldn't finish the play. The F.C Macul fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Tamberia FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
