Puren FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 6th minute, when Jose Esteban Otazo scored to the left of an out of position Teofilio Parrini, making the score, 1-0. In the 10th minute, Central Vergara's Jose Esteban Otazo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Teofilio Parrini. Teofilio Parrini yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. A collision led to Puren FC getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Roldán Brunet hit a great ball. In the 16th minute, Estevan Soler ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Teofilio Parrini was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Claudio Cotapos hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Teofilio Parrini stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jose Esteban Otazo's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. Jose Esteban Otazo struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Teofilio Parrini didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Central Vergara. 36 minutes into the match, Estevan Soler dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Teofilio Parrini, 4-0. After a defensive mix-up in Puren FC's zone, Estevan Soler stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Teofilio Parrini came out of the goal and Estevan Soler tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Jose Esteban Otazo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jose Esteban Otazo to strike the kick off in the second half. Jose Esteban Otazo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teofilio Parrini having to interfere. Thanks to some nice moves Álvaro Kovasic could shoot a difficult shot in the 56th minute, which José Luis Rosales however easily saved by the left post. After 63 minutes of play, Central Vergara's Jose Esteban Otazo made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Teofilio Parrini was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience was convinced that Jose Esteban Otazo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Teofilio Parrini was relentless in the 67th minute of the game. In the 74th minute, Omar Marfil hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Teofilio Parrini showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Estevan Soler in the 76th minute of the match. Estevan Soler took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Teofilio Parrini. Teofilio Parrini dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. 86 minutes into the match, Jose Esteban Otazo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Teofilio Parrini. Puren FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jose Esteban Otazo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-0. In the 89th minute Estevan Soler shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teofilio Parrini saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Central Vergara's Jose Esteban Otazo in the 90th minute got a chance for a shot 90th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Puren FC's goalie prevented a goal. José Luis Rosales made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bermejo Ramírez in the 92nd minute. Estevan Soler's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Teofilio Parrini read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. Central Vergara walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
