Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Jose Esteban Otazo took the kick off in the first half of the match. Estevan Soler took the ball and in the 7 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Abelardo Manieu. Abelardo Manieu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. José Luis Rosales showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Constantino Vicuña, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. If Estevan Soler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 22nd minute Hipolito Sales shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but José Luis Rosales saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Central Vergara getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Maximo Cuevas hit a great ball. 25 minutes into the match, Central Vergara's goalkeeper José Luis Rosales had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Saturnín Atenas. Jose Esteban Otazo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abelardo Manieu having to interfere. After 30 minutes, Hipolito Sales mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the bagdag and the Central Vergara players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Central Vergara booed when bagdag was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hipolito Sales didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 34 minutes, Jose Esteban Otazo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Central Vergara's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jose Esteban Otazo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. José Luis Rosales made an important save on a dangerous shot by Saturnín Atenas in the 37th minute. Estevan Soler received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Abelardo Manieu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, bagdag's Lucas Malbrán got a free kick in the 42nd minute. In the 47th match minute, bagdag was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adalberto Parro to maneuver through the defense. Abelardo Manieu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jose Esteban Otazo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 49 minutes into the game, Jose Esteban Otazo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Abelardo Manieu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The bagdag players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Central Vergara were winning 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Constantino Vicuña made a kick off. Abelardo Manieu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jose Esteban Otazo's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. 60 minutes into the match, Central Vergara's Jose Esteban Otazo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Abelardo Manieu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 63 minutes into the match, bagdag's goal looked a bit too open when Jose Esteban Otazo came free, but Abelardo Manieu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Abelardo Manieu came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by Central Vergara's Filippo Campana. But to his dismay, Filippo Campana quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. After 73 played minutes bagdag got a freekick which was hit by Saturnín Atenas. When Jose Esteban Otazo came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Central Vergara fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jose Esteban Otazo couldn't finish the play. Estevan Soler received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Abelardo Manieu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jose Esteban Otazo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Estevan Soler was extremely unlucky when he, in the 83rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 89th minute, Hipolito Sales hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jose Esteban Otazo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Abelardo Manieu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Estevan Soler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Estevan Soler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle sounded Central Vergara left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than bagdag.
