Seating: 1709, VIP seats: 0) Valentín Pimienta started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 3rd match minute, Francia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paco Gabler to maneuver through the defense. In the 7th minute, Edgardo Dawson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgardo Dawson in the 10th minute of play forced Francia's goalkeeper Jose Maria Cavareda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Valentín Pimienta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 17th minute, Edgardo Dawson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Baltilocos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Teofilo Pozo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Demesio Le Fort in the 23rd minute. 24 minutes into the match, Francia's goal looked a bit too open when Edgardo Dawson came free, but Jose Maria Cavareda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jose Maria Cavareda came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Baltilocos's Valentín Pimienta. But to his dismay, Valentín Pimienta quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Edgardo Dawson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jose Maria Cavareda read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. Paco Gabler kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. 30 minutes into the match, Francia's goal looked a bit too open when Valentín Pimienta came free, but Jose Maria Cavareda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Teofilo Pozo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eduardo Acharan in the 34th minute of play. If Valentín Pimienta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Francia getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Demesio Le Fort hit a great ball. Teofilo Pozo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eduardo Acharan in the 43rd minute of the match. The supporters of Francia booed when Baltilocos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baldomiro Ancieta didn't get a good kick on the ball. Norino Castañeda took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 44th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Teofilo Pozo. Baltilocos's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Eduardo Acharan to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Hilario Ortuño was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Baltilocos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Francia the free kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Norino Castañeda in the 53rd minute of play forced Baltilocos's goalkeeper Teofilo Pozo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 54thth minute of the game Demesio Le Fort who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Baltilocos's Teofilo Pozo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Francia's Paco Gabler got a free kick in the 55th minute. Edgardo Dawson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Demesio Le Fort had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eduardo Acharan in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Teofilo Pozo saved Baltilocos from getting behind. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Valentín Pimienta in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jose Maria Cavareda saved Francia from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 71 minutes, Jordi Jofre took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Jose Maria Cavareda to make any attempt to save it. A collision led to Francia getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Teofilio Santana hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Valentín Pimienta managed to get in a good position for a shot. Baltilocos's supporters rose to their feet, but Valentín Pimienta was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jose Maria Cavareda breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 80th minute, Francia's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Edgardo Dawson fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The Baltilocos fans' excitement grew in the 82nd match minute when Baltilocos's Valentín Pimienta looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Francia's Demesio Le Fort got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Edgardo Dawson let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 95th minute shot 0-5 at rihgt post.
