Pacumina's supporters rose to their feet, but Mario Alberto Guardia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. In the 46th minute, Mario Alberto Guardia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Carlos Alberto Aburto to make the kick off. Carlos Alberto Aburto took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Belmiro Armanet. Belmiro Armanet dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Nehuentue AFC's Belmiro Armanet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mario Alberto Guardia in the 56th minute of play. Carlos Alberto Aburto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Florencio Larrarte's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cristofer Didier read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. In the 81st minute, Eufemio Mendieta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Pacumina's Cristofer Didier got control of the ball when Florencio Larrarte tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mario Alberto Guardia took the ball and in the 88 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Belmiro Armanet. Belmiro Armanet dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Nehuentue AFC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
