Seating: 1705, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Pierre Garmendia kicked off to start the match. Pierre Garmendia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 2nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pierre Garmendia took the ball and in the 4 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gabino Justicia. Gabino Justicia dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Pierre Garmendia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Gabino Justicia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 13 minutes, Juan María Hetz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Carrizo AFC and the Green Cross F.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. Pierre Garmendia took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gabino Justicia. Gabino Justicia dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Green Cross F.C's Pierre Garmendia got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Francisco Maquieira's late challenge caught a Green Cross F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Francisco Maquieira helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Carrizo AFC's Francisco Maquieira got a free kick in the 19th minute. In the 20th match minute, Carrizo AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Francisco Maquieira to maneuver through the defense. Green Cross F.C's Pierre Garmendia got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Carrizo AFC's Roberto Hucke got a free kick in the 23rd minute. If Pierre Garmendia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leopoldo Ferraro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Carrizo AFC booed when Green Cross F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. João Paulo de Amorim didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gabino Justicia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oscar Villouta, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. In the 31st minute, Constantino Machado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Demetrio Diaz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gabino Justicia read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. Gabino Justicia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pierre Garmendia in the 38th minute of play. In the 39th minute, Pierre Garmendia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Constantino Machado blasted a shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Candido Fehrman having to make a save. Gabino Justicia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pierre Garmendia, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. In the 46th minute, Víctor Javier Alzola made a precise shot to the right of Gabino Justicia. Carrizo AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Constantino Machado stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Carrizo AFC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 54th minute, when Pierre Garmendia scored to the left of an out of position Gabino Justicia, making the score, 0-4. Gabino Justicia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pierre Garmendia in the 63rd minute of play. Green Cross F.C's Leopoldo Ferraro got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Carrizo AFC booed when Green Cross F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. João Paulo de Amorim didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pierre Garmendia blasted a shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gabino Justicia having to make a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pierre Garmendia in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gabino Justicia saved Carrizo AFC from getting behind. Podador Fagalde sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pierre Garmendia got free with Gabino Justicia in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 85th minute, Víctor Javier Alzola hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pierre Garmendia had several of the Carrizo AFC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 87 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-6 score and a disappointed Gabino Justicia as he didn't even see the shot coming. Pierre Garmendia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. João Paulo de Amorim sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 97 minutes into the game, Pierre Garmendia recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gabino Justicia. Pierre Garmendia showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-7. The Carrizo AFC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Green Cross F.C were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
