Baudelio Canningham's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lauro Vigil read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 5th minute of play. In the 5th match minute, Molina was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ervigio Cancino to maneuver through the defense. Baudelio Canningham fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lauro Vigil having to interfere. In the 9th minute, Próspero Andrade left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Talcalonco FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. When Niguel Lezaeta came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Molina fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Niguel Lezaeta couldn't finish the play. Lauro Vigil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cecilio Mascaro in the 21st minute of the match. Manuelo Espiñeira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Teodoro Undurraga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lauro Vigil took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Próspero Andrade, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Talcalonco FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Rainerio Ureta in the 32nd minute. 33 minutes into the game, Henrico Cea was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Talcalonco FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Molina the free kick. After a rather tough play, Talcalonco FC's Henrico Cea got a free kick in the 33rd minute. In the 35th minute, Cecilio Mascaro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 37th minute of the match Juan Raúl Lerga shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Teodoro Undurraga showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 39th minute Baudelio Canningham shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lauro Vigil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Molina defense, Baudelio Canningham kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lauro Vigil. The Molina fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lauro Vigil should have stopped the shot. Próspero Andrade fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lauro Vigil having to interfere. The Molina players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Talcalonco FC were winning 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Baudelio Canningham was the one to do the kick off. Manuelo Espiñeira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Teodoro Undurraga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 52 minutes into the game, Matteo Alamo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Talcalonco FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Molina the free kick. In the 52nd match minute, Talcalonco FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Matteo Alamo to maneuver through the defense. Baudelio Canningham recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Próspero Andrades short, quick shot in the 59thth minute got Lauro Vigil to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. With a little luck, Molina's Lauro Vigil got control of the ball when Próspero Andrade tried to sneak it across the goal line. Próspero Andrade in the 63rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Lauro Vigil, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baudelio Canningham in the 64th minute of play forced Molina's goalkeeper Lauro Vigil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Niguel Lezaeta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lauro Vigil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baudelio Canningham in the 68th minute of play. Próspero Andrade received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Lauro Vigil tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 73rd play minute Próspero Andrade came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Lauro Vigil. 0-3. Teodoro Undurraga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Niguel Lezaeta, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. In the 81st minute, Isaiás Urtaza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Teodoro Undurraga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Niguel Lezaeta in the 89th minute of the match. Niguel Lezaeta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Talcalonco FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
