The audience thought a goal was coming when Maurino Azcue got free with José Javier Villela in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 19 minutes into the match, Mocopulli's goalkeeper José Javier Villela had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Maurino Azcue. Maurino Azcues short, quick shot in the 19thth minute got José Javier Villela to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Maurino Azcue received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. José Javier Villela tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 27 minutes, Jaume Romero mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tiuquilemu and the Mocopulli players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jaume Romero kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. If Loreto Bolaños had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ángel Samaniego to strike the kick off in the second half. But to his dismay, Maurino Azcue quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. In the 76th match minute, Tiuquilemu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jaume Romero to maneuver through the defense. Xaiver Marcou showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Florín Budinich, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Calixto Fuente kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. If Maurino Azcue had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 84th minute, Lázaro Najera hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Maurino Azcue's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but José Javier Villela read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. Mocopulli's José Javier Villela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ángel Samaniego in the 87th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Prudentio Sirens during the 90th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Tiuquilemu booed when Mocopulli was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Prudentio Sirens didn't get a good kick on the ball. José Javier Villela didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ángel Samaniego went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. In the 98th minute, Lázaro Najera hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
