Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Odol Adelsdorfer got the match started through his kick off. After having played for 3 minutes, Leandro Mendiola managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Eiti Leda's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leandro Mendiola was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 6 played minutes Niquen got a freekick which was hit by Romualdo Milan. Bernardo Carvajal was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 7th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Eiti Leda's Wilson Elorreaga got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 18 minutes into the match, Niquen's Odol Adelsdorfer sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pau Bas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 21 minutes into the match, Eiti Leda's goalkeeper Pau Bas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Natalio Chamorro. In the 24thth minute of the game Wilson Elorreaga who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Niquen's Txomin Malky was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Wilson Elorreaga managed to get in a good position for a shot. Eiti Leda's supporters rose to their feet, but Wilson Elorreaga was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Txomin Malky breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Odol Adelsdorfer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leandro Mendiola in the 33rd minute of play forced Niquen's goalkeeper Txomin Malky to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Niquen's Odol Adelsdorfer slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Pau Bas. That made the score 1-1 after 47 minutes of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Leandro Mendiola made a kick off. Pau Bas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Odol Adelsdorfer in the 56th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leandro Mendiola in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Txomin Malky saved Niquen from getting behind. Niquen's Natalio Chamorro got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Enzo Benítez's late challenge caught a Niquen's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Niquen's Txomin Malky played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leandro Mendiola in the 79th minute of play. Pau Bas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Natalio Chamorro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Leandro Mendiola kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Txomin Malky. That made the score 2-2 in the 86 minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wilson Elorreaga got free with Txomin Malky in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Natalio Chamorro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
