Ocoa's Adolfo Catoni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baldomero Rallo in the 12th minute of play. Baldomero Rallo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Adolfo Catoni tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rolando Winkler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Clemente Noti who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 24thth minute tested the skills of Pedro José Arrechea when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 28th minute, Clemente Noti ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pedro José Arrechea was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Pedro José Arrechea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rolando Winkler, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Jorge Vicente Forster sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Adolfo Catoni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baldomero Rallo in the 56th minute of play. Adolfo Catoni made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pol Muguertegui in the 57th minute. When Clemente Noti came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Ocoa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Clemente Noti couldn't finish the play. Baldomero Rallo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adolfo Catoni having to interfere. A collision led to Fundina FC getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Odol Veliz hit a great ball. Pedro José Arrechea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Clemente Noti in the 85th minute of play. In the 87th minute Rolando Winkler shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro José Arrechea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eleuterio Berendique hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Pedro José Arrechea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rolando Winkler in the 91st minute of play. In the 93rd minute Baldomero Rallo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adolfo Catoni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Clemente Noti managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ocoa's supporters rose to their feet, but Clemente Noti was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pedro José Arrechea breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ocoa were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
