Pishuinco FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alejandro Chirinos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 19 minutes into the match, Pishuinco FC's goalkeeper Tanausu Turrieta had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pol Muguertegui. Pol Muguertegui's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 25thth minute, Tanausu Turrieta skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. If Baldomero Rallo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 30th minute, Fundina FC's Baldomero Rallo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Tanausu Turrieta. Tanausu Turrieta yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Baldomero Rallo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tanausu Turrieta having to interfere. Bartolomé Ardura hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Pishuinco FC's Tanausu Turrieta got control of the ball when Pol Muguertegui tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tanausu Turrieta acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 43rd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Enzo Arancibia. Tanausu Turrieta made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Pol Muguertegui sent off a good shot on target. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Emmanuel Salas during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Emmanuel Salas kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 51 minutes, Baldomero Rallo took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Tanausu Turrieta to make any attempt to save it. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sandro Estay made a kick off. After 56 minutes of play Fundina FC's Pacífico Schorr was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. A collision led to Fundina FC getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Pacífico Schorr hit a great ball. Alejandro Chirinos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Pol Muguertegui had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Baldomero Rallo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tanausu Turrieta having to interfere. Pedro José Arrechea made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Alejandro Chirinos sent off a good shot on target. Jorge Vicente Forster hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Sandro Estay struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Pedro José Arrechea didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pishuinco FC. The audience was convinced that Sandro Estay's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pedro José Arrechea was relentless in the 85th minute of the game. Pol Muguertegui sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jorge Vicente Forster recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 96 minutes into the game, Sandro Estay recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Pedro José Arrechea. Sandro Estay showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. After a rather tough play, Pishuinco FC's Bartolomé Ardura got a free kick in the 99th minute. Fundina FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
