Manquegua's Sarracino Cuevas managed to work through Docomavida AFC's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Sarracino Cuevas dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. 1-0 became the score in the 16th minute when Julio Massardo elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Manquegua's Bruno Juarez got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 20 minutes into the game, Nicolas Dohrmann was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Docomavida AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Manquegua the free kick. Nicolas Dohrmann hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Normando Beca's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 27thth minute, Nicodemo Zuloaga skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When Julio Massardo, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 33 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Nicodemo Zuloaga was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Normando Beca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 37th minute, Julio Massardo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Manquegua's Nicodemo Zuloaga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julio Massardo in the 44th minute of play. Sarracino Cuevas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Viviano Deuth tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bruno Juarez made a kick off. In the 64th minute Normando Beca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicodemo Zuloaga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 67th minute, Bruno Juarez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 70th minute Bruno Juarez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Viviano Deuth saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carlos Gustavo Ubeda struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Viviano Deuth didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Manquegua.
