Spectators: 6707 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1707, VIP seats: 0) Lincoy's Ulises Galdames started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a defensive mix-up in Llaguepe's zone, Ulises Galdames stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vincente Avalos came out of the goal and Ulises Galdames tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Haroldo Ruedi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Llaguepe's Vincente Avalos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ulises Galdames in the 17th minute of play. 20 minutes into the game, one of Lincoy:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Vincente Avalos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ulises Galdames in the 26th minute of the match. Marcos Francisco Gaviño sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Haroldo Ruedi got free with Mariano Ubilla in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mariano Ubilla made an important save on a dangerous shot by Haroldo Ruedi in the 31st minute. Vincente Avalos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fermín Willis in the 36th minute of the match. Haroldo Ruedi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vincente Avalos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ulises Galdames went, in the 40th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marcos Francisco Gaviño made a kick off. Ulises Galdames's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 51stth minute, Vincente Avalos skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Ulises Galdames managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lincoy's supporters rose to their feet, but Ulises Galdames was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vincente Avalos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Llaguepe getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Enzo Masson hit a great ball. Mariano Ubilla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vincente Avalos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ulises Galdames, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. With a little luck, Llaguepe's Vincente Avalos got control of the ball when Orlín Guillermo tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match clock showed 68 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Ulises Galdames sped through Llaguepe's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Vincente Avalos. When Ignacio Fontecilla fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Llaguepe's protests and gave Ignacio Fontecilla a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Llaguepe getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Ignacio Fontecilla hit a great ball. In the 73rd minute, Ulises Galdames got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Carlo Manríquez scored 1-3 in the 75th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vincente Avalos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Mariano Ubilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Haroldo Ruedi in the 78th minute of play. A hard shot 79 in the game by Ulises Galdames from a close distance when the talented Vincente Avalos managed to make a qualified save. Llaguepe's players were relieved. A collision led to Lincoy getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Dante Pellegrini hit a great ball. Ulises Galdames's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vincente Avalos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 85th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ulises Galdames in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vincente Avalos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a little luck, Llaguepe's Vincente Avalos got control of the ball when Orlín Guillermo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ulises Galdames sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marcos Francisco Gaviño fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mariano Ubilla having to interfere.
