Spectators: 6709 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1709, VIP seats: 0) Romeo Frontaura made the kick off and thus started the match. The supporters of Longovilo FC booed when Futalelfu FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cirilo Estrada didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Longovilo FC defense, Aureo Blanco kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Carlos Hoefler. The Longovilo FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Carlos Hoefler should have stopped the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Emilio Felipe Rabe during the 13th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Futalelfu FC's Cirilo Estrada got a free kick in the 14th minute. In the 17th minute, Longovilo FC's Romeo Frontaura dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. After a defensive mix-up in Futalelfu FC's zone, Romeo Frontaura stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Xaime Requena came out of the goal and Romeo Frontaura tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Futalelfu FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 22nd minute, when Romano Otero scored to the left of an out of position Xaime Requena, making the score, 2-1. If Bairon Guajardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Futalelfu FC getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Sansón Lindsay hit a great ball. In the 30th minute, Maurilio Buchanan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 35 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Futalelfu FC's Maurilio Buchanan fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Carlos Hoefler showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aureo Blanco in the 36th minute of the match. Carlos Hoefler came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by Futalelfu FC's Aureo Blanco. But to his dismay, Aureo Blanco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. In the 45th match minute, Futalelfu FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Henrico Ardiles to maneuver through the defense. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bairon Guajardo made a kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Bairon Guajardo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Futalelfu FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Bairon Guajardo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carlos Hoefler breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 56 minutes, Bairon Guajardo made it 2-3 with a short kick to the right side. Longovilo FC's Carlos Hoefler tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Xaime Requena showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Romeo Frontaura, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. When Romeo Frontaura fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Longovilo FC's protests and gave Romeo Frontaura a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Longovilo FC getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Romeo Frontaura hit a great ball. Carlos Hoefler made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aureo Blanco in the 63rd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aureo Blanco in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Carlos Hoefler prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 68 minutes into the game, Bairon Guajardo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Carlos Hoefler. Bairon Guajardo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-4. After 70 played minutes Futalelfu FC got a freekick which was hit by Arnaldo Máximo. In the 71st minute of the match Adrián Cavada shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Xaime Requena showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 76th match minute, Futalelfu FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Henrico Ardiles to maneuver through the defense. In the 77th minute Romano Otero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xaime Requena saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Maurilio Buchanan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Hoefler having to interfere. Carlos Hoefler was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Bairon Guajardo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-5 in the 80 minute of play. Bairon Guajardo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Hoefler having to interfere. If Aureo Blanco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aureo Blanco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match was over Futalelfu FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Longovilo FC throughout the match.
