Spectators: 6697 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1697, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Erasmo Farreras kicked off to start the match. The audience was convinced that Erasmo Farreras's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Carlos Hoefler was relentless in the 11th minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Longovilo FC's zone, Erasmo Farreras stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carlos Hoefler came out of the goal and Erasmo Farreras tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 18th minute of the match Modesto Siengelo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Carlos Hoefler showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 19 minutes into the match, Longovilo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Erasmo Farreras came free, but Carlos Hoefler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Erasmo Farreras came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Cardillos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Erasmo Farreras couldn't finish the play. Cardillos's Erasmo Farreras got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Victoriano Ayarza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Victoriano Ayarza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Hoefler having to interfere. Carlos Hoefler showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victoriano Ayarza in the 30th minute of the match. In the 32nd minute, Salomone Ahonzo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 33rd minute Erasmo Farreras shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Hoefler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Victoriano Ayarza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Hoefler having to interfere. Erasmo Farreras sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Romeo Frontaura to strike the kick off in the second half. With his leg Carlos Hoefler managed to avoid a goal in the 54thth minute, when Cardillos's Victoriano Ayarza fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Romeo Frontaura in the 62nd minute of play forced Cardillos's goalkeeper Norino Orsterhont to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 67 minutes, Romano Otero managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Longovilo FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Romano Otero was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Erasmo Farreras sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Norino Orsterhont took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Romano Otero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 75 minutes into the match, Cardillos's goal looked a bit too open when Romeo Frontaura came free, but Norino Orsterhont reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 76th match minute, Cardillos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eduard Gamarra to maneuver through the defense. Romeo Frontaura received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Norino Orsterhont tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Victoriano Ayarza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Hoefler having to interfere. Cardillos's Erasmo Farreras got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cardillos were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
